Hunter Douglas Knowledge Base

Summer 2018

As an intern with Hunter Douglas' Knowledge Team, I helped to consolidate over 600 knowledge articles. Duties included writing content based off of SME requests and knowledge, editing for design, grammar, and spelling, and working with other Knowledge Management Analysts to strategically organize and communicate updates to the knowledge base. Edits have been and are continually being implemented into the knowledge base based on my contributions. Since the Knowledge Base is internal to Hunter Douglas, I've included a UX testing proposal and a style guide iteration.
